The congregation had a wonderful time together making new friends with the community in Rockville MD. We had people drive as far as 8 hours in order to join us for Carman live in concert. We have had a chance to host a few big artists in concert and they have all been a wonderful blessing for us at Son of David congregation and the surrounding area. They have provided a wonderful outreach opportunity to meet the local community.
Carman, in spite of battling illness, was able to perform for almost 2 hours. He sang several of his iconic songs as well as providing a moving testimony of God’s healing power for cancer in his own life.
Many people experienced God’s spirit resting on the auditorium that night, and a few rededicated themselves to the Lord.
